This is his second year as a rookie right?
If so then at the end of the year we will promote him if he shows signs that he could be an okay ruckman in the future.
We are desperate to find someone and Knobel can't be much better than Graham, I have seen him play some goodish games and around the ground he is already much better than the Knob.
If he improves his tap work then he could be a future player, but I cant see him playing this year unless Simmo goes down again.

Yes he can, how do you think Howat played last year. Although i think he can only play 10 games, and an awnser for your question i think he might play 1-2 games late in the year becasue he should spend the year in the gym. Next year he will be playing for us.

Sounds like he's been going ok at VFL level, but not looking like he's ready for the step up. I think for him this year the best he can hope for is to convince them to re-draft him on to the rookie list for next season, show enough to give them hope he can turn into a player. We need to have a rookie listed ruckman pretty much every year, so I reckon it'll be out of him or some fresh 18 yo next season that gets overlooked in the national.
