No, I don't think it has....yet.
There is an article in the archived news on the Aussie Xbox site about this, I'm not sure about the exact link though because I'm too lazy to look for it but if you find it I'm sure it'll help.

Nope, hasn't come out yet. Might be out in a few months, more likely towards the end of the year if it's out this year that is. Some people have been importing it from the U.S. to use it.
