Heard on the news this morning that apparently the decision to remove the rod will be left up to both browny and his surgeon. If he decides to remove it it will mean further surgery down the track. Not sure if they meant surgery just to remove the rod or more surgery on his fracture. It appears he'll be able to play with the rod if he chooses but not sure how it will affect his movement.
