I never stated he should lead up to the wings, that is what the flankers such as Tarrant and Rustling as for, younger with leg speed, I said Pebs can lead from the 30-40mark and outmark his opposition to kick his goals from from outside 50, I agree he has the body for full forward but those days of full forwards ONLY are finished, we have Bucks who would need more of a rest then Rocca at full forward after a spell in the centre, Bucks has the body to contest at full forward and the smarts to bring in the Didaks, Carecellas, Egans ect.

Mate ANYONE who understands AFL would know not to play Anthongy Rocca at full forward UNLESS imjuried or unfit

Keep Didak out of the forward line, with a full team we shouldn't need him and its only 4 years late for playing him as a full time midfielder. He'll still kick 30 goals. Both him and Josh pushing forward should give a few goals out of the midfield

Then up front we have

HFF: Taz (leading up the left flank) - Travis - Bucks (leading up the right)

Leon Davis (get some crumbs you cat)

F: Rusling (offering leads) - Rocca (camped in the square)

I'd drop Josh back there too.
Rusling rotates into the middle too

Tarrant to half back . Rocca to the goal square/CHF , ditto C3 and rotate them around(C3 is still a kid) , Rusling out of the square/pocket(maybe mid but I don't know his on ball capabilities) , Buckley with Didak midfield .
Leaves Caracella as a half forward , Fraser pushing forward where he is dangerous and a spot for another crumbing forward.(Egan , Davis etc)

My apologies for having an opinion differing from your superior football knowledge.

I never said Travis couldn't play CHF, but i think he played well last year leading up the ground at times, and also, richmond started to work a 3 tall forward line pretty well last year. Kennedy/C3/Rocca for us would do nicely i think.

Again my apologies for my opinion though. Please teach me the way i should think.... jacka$$

Not more then a month ago in the paper my older brother saw a picture of Pebbles and said to me, "He looks like a monster, watch what hes going to do next year!!"

A year off well spent in the gym, he was ALWAYS a big boy, now hes even bigger, what is your thoughts on this forgotten superstar from Collingwood..

Agree with your brother he is HUGE. I saw him at the North final where he and Sav came to the game via Police Escort. Anthony was loitering in the carpark talking on the phone and he made the people next to him look like sticks.

i respect everyones opinions but stand by my own that unless anthony rocca is unfit, injuried or ankles arent right, MM will use his long bombs instead of plant him in the goal square but i still think the idea of him in the goal square is a great way to rest him and expand his career, but im a supporter whos hoping collingwood tries and goes all the way next year.. not keep planning for years after..

 i am REALLY disappointed in the attitude of some Collingwood fans, not even Anthony Rocca is a superstar of Collingwood? Can you all please tell me WHO IS??? Seriously ********s me to hear this ********.. How are we EVER going to win a premiership in even 5 years if all 18 players out there are duds?? Anthony Rocca, with the right comeback from injuries and fitness, is the scariest player in the AFL, i still remember the days he'd clean up a player a game. Have some positive thoughts and you will rest easier at night guys!
I also remember him having the biggest kicks in the AFL, name someone else in the AFL at the moment that can match his big bombs from 65metres out straight through the middle at goal post height.. also, what use is that if hes in the goalsquare?
pmsl@superstar and cant belive you think he the scariest player in the afl lol
yep barry hall, glen archer, arron hamill...oh and then rocca lmao... the new J. brown :D

bloods huh? didn't you'd rate him highly considering you gave him to us.. in my opinion, he is a more intimidating player then them, hes got a better history of cleaning up players then them, i remember those days :( until he took a leadership role and settled a bit.. but still think he will be a dominating figure for collingwood next year
