Word Documents, Excell, some Access stuff, and macro's woo hoo. Unless they have changed it since 98, that's what you are in for. It's simple.

I did it last year, prolly a different concept to you.

But it was easy imo.

From what i have been told, it's fairly basic, mainly using the Office suite of software. It is similar to the subjects that are taught at TAFE for the Level II in Information Technology.
