Anyone know where i can download TAR?

I am looking to download tar.
but cant find it anywhere.
I know there used to be a file link on the bigfooty site
somewhere but cant find it now.

how cryptic.....

do you mean you have a file with a .tar extension ie: the unix archival format and are looking for a program to extract the info?

if so, winrar should work if you're using windows >,>
