I saw him the other day and he is looking great, a huge loss to footy and I think he might of just won a brownlow or 2.

Mots would have been a superstar of the game. He had all the attributes. Sort of reminded me of a Mark Harvey type, fearless, talented. I believe he would have been as good as James Hird. Of course it is all speculation now. Losing Mots would have been one of the lowlights for all Blues supporters but his plight, in no small way, provided us with the inspiration to win the 1987 flag (as well as Des English).

Hell, I even bought the song about Mots by Gary Burrows (I think).
