Does anyone know if Bank of America is an international partner of either of these 2 banks?

I've tried looking on their web-sites, but can't see to have found anything.

What do you need to know?

Bank of America uses CBA as its Australian clearer, so I guess that is their major partner, but they would have correspondent arrangements with all the banks

I'll be overseas in America this year for 12 months, and will likely have to start up a bank account with them, so obviously I probably want to one where's it's the easiest to transfer funds etc.

I also wanted to get a Visa Debit Card and I don't think you can apply for one with the CBA.

Disclosure: I (for now) work there.

But for I think $12 a month (waived under certain conditions) NAB have an account (I think it's the Gold account) that gives you a Visa debit and free withdrawals from ATMs overseas.
