The Milkman
Debutant
Has anyone heard of this band? They're rather good.
Their initial album was nothing but Metallica covers played on four cellos. Their sophomore release, "Inquisition Symphony", was also played on four cellos and featured mostly Metallica along with a Sepultura (sp?), a Faith No More song, and a few of their own. The latest US release (which was back in '02, I believe) had more of their own material, a few Metallica covers and a version of a classical music number. For some songs they ditched a cello in favor of a string bass, added some percussion and threw vocals onto one song. They have released another album but from what I've seen, it isn't in the US yet so I haven't heard it.
