That's all very vague. What jurisdiction applies to the documents he's alleged to have published that were allegedy secret?

If you were to post something on Bigfooty that the Bolivian government deemed in breach of their secrecy laws should you be allowed to be extradited to Bolivia?

No it's not in the UK as in Australia they only remand in custody the most serious of cases or dangerous individuals the great majority get bailed. The whole systems works on the basis you will turn up regardless of in many cases you are found not guilty, or the case is dropped. Now if you miss the first court date on a relatively minor charge and turn up to a second you are correct a judge/magistrate will give you a blast may fine you it is unlikely you will charged with an offence. But if you show no respect to the court at all and refuse to show up you will be charged, after Assange didn't turn up to the extradition hearing and snubbed his nose at the court they charged him with skipping bail years ago a seperate offence from the extradition which has nothing to whether he guilty or not of a charge in Sweden, (which mind you was dropped because they didn't think they could get him). In Victoria he would get up to 12 months as the judge in the UK said this is on the most serious of examples he would probably get towards the maximum here.

You can't have people refusing to turn up to court.

You would be extradited to Bolivia if you were living in a country with an extradition agreement with Bolivia. Assange was stupid for living in the UK given what he did.
 
Doesn't this highlight the absurdity of Assange hiding in the Ecuadorian embassy for 7 years?

If the US wanted to extraidate Assange in 2012, they would have asked UK to extraidate. The idea that the Swedish extradition was part of some grand conscrpicary to extradite to the US is and has always been ridiculous.

Breach of bail in Victoria is treated as a minor offence.

Are we all expected to know the laws of every country that Australia has an extradition agreement with, and expected to abide by each of their laws?

Off the top of your head, does Australia have an extradition agreement with Bolivia. What are Bolivia's laws on criticism of their government?

If the USA can blame Russia for killing him, they will.

Politics will chew him up and spit him out for their own purposes now, they haven't forgotten the DNC email leaks. One side will try and leverage prison to get more out, the other will clean house as quickly as possible.

He better have some huge anti Clinton secrets in his pocket that the democratic party think will link Trump to Russia. They'll sell out Clinton at this point to get Trump.

Sweden not Norway ... there is no way in the world Norway would allow him to be extradited to USA.
Norway has consistently refused to extradite people to the USA.

As an australian Im allowed to criticise other governments. Theres a law in australia that states I have that right. There is not a law in australia that states I can steal another countries secret documents. You arent comparing like for like.

His parents must be in on the conspiracy too. How much do you think the DNC paid them to not only keep quiet but attack those trying to help their son find justice?
