So far, we're 12 rounds into Around the Grounds in 30 Days, and here are the results so far:
  1. Brisbane: WIN (65 votes to 5)
  2. North Melbourne: WIN (69 to 0)
  3. Adelaide: LOSE (15 to 54)
  4. Geelong: LOSE (23 to 46)
  5. GWS: LOSE (13 to 22)
  6. Hawthorn: WIN (33 to 2)
  7. Melbourne: WIN (28 to 7)
  8. Fremantle: WIN (34 to 1)
  9. Collingwood: WIN (46 to 0)
  10. Richmond: LOSE (13 to 33)
  11. West Coast: WIN (35 to 11)
  12. Sydney: LOSE (9 to 37)

This would put us between 4th-7th on the ladder after twelve rounds, at 7-5 (28 points).

Our next four are;

Round 13: Away vs Gold Coast @ Metricon Stadium
Round 14: BYE
Round 15: Away vs Melbourne @ MCG
Round 16: Away vs Port Adelaide @ Adelaide Oval
Round 17: Home vs Carlton @ Etihad Stadium

Thoughts?

All these games are winnable but a couple might be hard .
We will defeat GC . Melbourne will be a tough game I think we might lose to them in a close one .
Port over there again will also be hard so I find it hard to pick us .
We should give Carlton a good hiding .

So I’m saying 2-2 , wins over GC and Blues and loses to Melbourne and Port.

Can’t wait for 2018 season.

Its tough going up against both Melbourne and Port.. but that said we have to move away from the idea that any team is better then we are. We CAN beat these teams if we bring our A grade, make no doubt.

Easy wins against sun's & blue's probably a percentage boosting games. Demons are 50/50, it purely depends on the injuries and form for both teams but going from off season buzz I give us this one. Away against port, it's a winnable game on our very good day but I think port have us covered but no hopes lost.

3 - 1

It is still tough but at least we're only playing teams that will be around us or lower on the ladder. Port could be pushing for top spot if they go the way I expect them to. It remains to be seen though.

W - L - L - W

2-2

Yet again I see two wins in this lot.

I think we should beat the suns without much trouble even up there. It will be a long season for them and even though this us around the time they have all their home games in a row, the travel factor will come into play. Having said that they will be keen to win every game they can at their home ground and given they beat us comfortably here just a couple of years ago, there is every chance they could do it again.

Gold Coast 76, st kilda 123

Melbourne at the G. Yeah, no. I said they'd beat us two zip this year and I'm not going back on it. At least we don't have to wait until round 21 for our first mcg game but once again we only play here twice. Lame.

Melbourne 110, st kilda 74

I think we are a sneaky chance to beat port if for no other reason then we are due - 8 straight losses at Adelaide oval and last match there... well let's not talk about that. I really think port are a huge chance for top spot and I think a second to third tier side like us is not going to trouble them much at home.

Port 124, st kilda 74

I see this game as more of a 2016 style Carlton match than the 2017 style we nearly lost to them. It's awesome we play them late in the season too considering they are tired by then. I see a bit of improvement from Carlton this year - not quite making finals but a good chance to get out of the bottom six. Still, if the season goes as I expect it to go to this point, we will need to win this game and comfortably. We won't take them lightly.

St kilda 110, Carlton 58

8-8

996 - 391 - 1387
1160 - 368 - 1528

Percentage 90.77
