Having just read these threads for the past 3 months it appears someone has turned off our Imbecile Filter. The overwhelming amount of uninspired, mis-informed and immature nonense that fills these halls is increasing at a volume beyond human consumption. Can we please restore order and turn Imbecile Filter to the "know a bit about AFL football/know a bit about Richmond FC" setting?

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

thats what happens when your team is on a losing streak.......and its going to get worse.
cant see us winning a game this year unless our game plan is totally stripped and changed and somehow if terry gains the confidence of his team and if he plays them in their rightful positions, maybe then, we may snare a game or 3

Bullshit! It's what happens when people with an IQ of less than 85 learn how to use a computer and think it's funny to be the centre of attention in cyberspace. Heaps of BS is spoken here, but it's sensible BS most of the time. The small-minded minority are starting to spoil it for everyone.

for someone who thinks he is so intelligent you have it all wrong. it has nothing to do with IQ or intelligence. It is all about emotions and feelings. Everyone is different, but tiger fans all express their emotions differently because everyone is different.
everyone has a right to vent their spleen, many do it in ways that you think are not warranted. But what makes you think you are more intelligent and above other supporters just because you think they may talk BS.
some of you guys who think you're are better than other because you have better grammar, better PC skills .......think again.
every tiger fans has his/her right to express themselves, if you don't like what they say don't read it.

Gotta butt in here Dyer. I started this thread with no intention of slagging off at the standard of anyones grammar, vocabulary or their PC skills. What I was asking for was for posters to try and make some more informed comment rather than just post the 1st thing that comes into their heads. Everyone has a right to an opinion and to express their views but surely you have noticed how ridiculous some of the thread topics let alone individual postings are becoming. Sadly it hasnt just started since our losing streak it has been growing like a cancer since before the draft.

I just dont accept either that because we are struggling everyone instanteously types shit! We used to have lots of broad, often emotive and agressive discussions here but about topics that were relevant with postings that hardly ever saw eye to eye but were, for the most part, made after people thought what they were gonna say before they typed. I dont want to strangle emotion, jesus RFC was born for it, just engage brain before hitting the keyboard.

have to agree, the board is just rubbish these days. its either fan boys, trolls impersonating Richmond supporters, the conversation is just rubbish - most of the time, there is no conversation - its just someone (a troll) making an outlandish comment like "Delist Richo" and everyone telling him to **** off.

I have already expressed my frustration in my NFI thread. A lot of the threads on here have been annoying me lately but unfortunately we can't start censoring everyone because we think they're stupid. As I said previously, we are all hurting because of our current situation but blaming anyone and everyone associated with the club is unlikely to improve things.

I guess these people are entitled to their opinions just as we are, I just wish that they would think before they type.

Haha, you're funny.
I am of average intelligence. No more, no less.
But when you say that people vent their frustration in different ways, you totally missed the point.
By all means people can and should vent their frustration from a footballing point of view but at least they can stick to the topic. Jeeze, it doesn't even have to be semi-intelligent. Most people can read between the lines.
But starting threads just to see how many people respond to your posts or starting threads similar to the rubbish last night slagging off gay people (which has rightfully been deleted)...I mean, come on! What's that got to do with RFC?
Laughing at you thinking I've put myself up on a pedestal. I'm no better or worse than anyone else, and I'm certainly no Einstein. But I stick to the topic, don't cross the boundaries and I give people a fair go. But I, like a lot of posters around here, am getting frustrated with attention seeking semi-idiots who just like seeing their name on their computer screen.
