Austar question

A friend of mine took her Austar connection out of the wall to move a wall unit, and now her Austar box will reset but won't go past the tuning part, so I was wondering if there was a way of fixing this? I assume she will have to ring up Austar and get them to repair it.

But I thought I would ask before getting her to do that....I am not sure if this is the right board, I figured this was a technology issue. I thought I would ask here and see if some new, before attempting to go over and make things worse.

Cheers.

does it show it getting channels?

is there more than one tv outlet?

is she cute?

is there a red light on the front when it finishes what it's doing?

is it a normal box or a mystar box?

One outlet.

It goes to the Searching Channels bit, but then freezes.

Other then that I have no idea what happens.

she is kinda cute, but taken, but a friend anyway, she asked on my facebook last night, and I figured I might as well ask, saves me making it any worse.

turn it off, take out the power cable, take out the sim card, remove the antenna connection.

have a snack

put it back in reverse order

if that doesn't work.

Thanks, i sent her that and will see what happens, apparently she also broke the Settop Box there yesterday. It was an unlucky Friday by the sounds of it.
