Automatic Refresh

Does anybody know if there is a way too have your internet browser refresh webpages automactly and not stop and just keep refreshin very 10-15secs? Instead of pressing refresh all the time.

The only person that can do this is the webmaster of the site. They need to add a refresh tag to the web page scripting to do this, cos you, as a user, cannot force a webpage to refresh without hitting F5.
