I have ideas for Coaches to select awards.

So say, for example each game will have an umpire in which has nothing to do with either team, and they will select the 3 Brownlow votes and secretly PM them to me ready for the end of the season.

Eg, I will set it out like:

Sydney vs Adelaide UMP: ben_cats_fan

Or something like that.

For the Norwich Rising Star, I would like two other coaches to nominate along with me to vote for each nominee. They would send me, eg.

Round 1 - Josh Kennedy - Carlton and the one with either a 2-1 advantage gets it or if there is three different players, we will bring in a spare judge to judge which one out of the three is the best for that round.

All-Australian Team: (Will be selected by all coaches at the end of the season and sent in)

Michael Tuck Medal/Norm Smith Medal: Will be decided by 5 coaches of clubs which are not involved in the final.

State of Origin Teams: Four coaches will be selected to select teams - Nominate if you like.

International Rules: Two coaches, not involved in the State of Origin teams will be selected to co-coach the Aussie Team.

Any questions or nominations or of course suggestions?

Like the idea, quite a bit in fact. Gives us all a little bit of extra responsability. I'd like suggest that the 2 best coaches at seasons end be coaches of the IR team and the next 4 after that coaches of the SOO teams?

I reckon we nominate who we want then P4L can draw it out of a hat.
