Backing up X-Box games

Im wondering how you back up x box games, im new to x box and i hear its not as easy as backing up ps2 games. Im just wondering if anyone has a decent guide they could post for me.

it should just be a DVD rip with a patch from a website.

Alternatively get ur X-box chipped and increase the memory to 100Gb or something and just copy the games on ur x-box.

It not that easy as X box has protection unlike ps2. You need to link you computer and x box together with a cross over cable... but i dont really have any idea what else to do...

nah its not that difficult man. Trust me you are better off just getting it chipped and a larger HD in the x-box anyway.

Ill be getting a harddrive but it is good to be able to back them up aswell.

the only reason a HD copy would not appeal is if you were planning to sell these backups on disc.

There are heaps of EXTREMLY in depth guides to everything you want to do. If you cant figure it out for yourself after reading them then give up. Its quite easy really

I have no intention to sell back up copies, i want to be able to back when my harddrive is full. Thanks Borgsta for the link with the guides.
