  1. they both hit other players in the face
  2. intentional contact
  3. both players went off with blood rules
  4. both will play in the next weeks
  5. one is a lanky as ruckman the other a tagger
  6. both didnt have video evidence
Y is it that one gets 7 weeks and the other gets NOTHING
please tell me caus clearly the tribunual is going ko ko
 
The inconsistency is indeed quite amazing this year:

I assume that Darcy will have learned from the Baker incident and will have "stretched" the truth.

I wonder what Ben Johnson had to say about Josh Carr getting away with one week - or what Brodie Holland had to say about Amon Buchanan getting away with one week (Barry Hall will probably have recommended to appeal that one week...).

But Rocca got away too - him being him, I would have expected at least eight weeks !
 
I think we all just want consistency. This is just another example of different sets of rules for different players. I don't know why the tribunal doesn't use precedents when deciding their verdict. It would cut out half the crap that goes on. Player X gets 2 weeks for a head high bump, the next week player Y gets 2 weeks for a similar incident. At the moment it's "chook lotto" to quote Gerard Healy.
