We have a manger who has been managing the villas, and she will move to the Bali Ginger Suites, and we have appointed a new villa manager. I am way too cranky to be face to face with the guests.
I have a mate who runs a similar type of place, and he basically manages it all from his apartment in Melbourne, and comes over 4 times a year. But we are more hands on. A huge part of it as with any business is finding the right staff. So far we have done alright with that.
