Loved seeing Dimma and cotch on the footy show last week. They talked about the club and how well we've done this season and key people behind the scenes. There is one name though through 2017 that is rarely if ever brought up. That bloke is NEIL BALME. Hes a winner. Everywhere he goes he brings success. He played a huge hand in establishing Geelongs culture during their premiership run and before that with Micky Malthouse turning around collingwoods fortunes getting them to 2 grand finals in a row 02/03. He brings an auro of calmness and a healthy arrogance which you can see resonates amongst our group and club. He probably likes being out of the limelight but I do honestly hold him as a massive part of the turnaround. So here's a toast to Balmey you absolute legend!! We do appreciate everything.
