Today I go in to make a deposit, they only have one teller working and then when I finally get served after a ten minute wait they say I should use the ATM to deposit or the Quickbox for cheques. Apparently it is "more convenient" for me to do it like that. Even when they are pocketing bank fees every month they can't even give a little bit of service.
