Thanks for that DB, it's saves me typing it out! As I actually had a box of BBQ Shapes in front of me at the present moment.

BBQ Shapes also have Dietary Fibre too!

I work in a warehouse where a lot of stuff gets damaged (only slightly but often beyond being able to sell it), and a bit goes very close to out of date.

Translation : free Shapes, choc chip cookies, chips, CCs/Doritos.

No wonder I'm such a fat bastard.

Haven't noticed any change in the spicyness of BBQ Shapes, let's just say they will always be a classic biscuit. They, and the nacho cheese ones, go very well with a bit of tzatziki dip. Great lunch during summer, and if you're in an active sort of job you burn that stuff off pretty efficiently as it's almost all carbs.
