Ah yes but "fat-free" can be very misleading, carbohydrates are very high in calori.... ah forget it.

Thanks for that DB, it's saves me typing it out! :D As I actually had a box of BBQ Shapes in front of me at the present moment.

BBQ Shapes also have Dietary Fibre too! ;)

Yummy! Yummy! :)

I work in a warehouse where a lot of stuff gets damaged (only slightly but often beyond being able to sell it), and a bit goes very close to out of date.

Translation : free Shapes, choc chip cookies, chips, CCs/Doritos. :D

No wonder I'm such a fat bastard.

Haven't noticed any change in the spicyness of BBQ Shapes, let's just say they will always be a classic biscuit. They, and the nacho cheese ones, go very well with a bit of tzatziki dip. Great lunch during summer, and if you're in an active sort of job you burn that stuff off pretty efficiently as it's almost all carbs.

I quite like BBQ shapes! Recently I have been able to resist the tempations of buying them when I do my shopping.

Those evil Tim Tams have gotten my attention again! They're just too bloody good!

It's almost obligatory to have Barbeque Shapes for Afternoon tea (and Cinnamon Buns, biscuits, etc), and many other things that sit in your guts for hours and are totally unsuitable when chasing a leather ball for two hours in 35 degree heat, but I wouldn't have it any other way:D .
