Hoping someone can help.
I am currently looking at renovating a kitchen and bathroom in my investment property - but I am getting totally different reports on how much it costs.
Can anyone tell me what it cost them on either their kitchen or bathroom.
I am looking at a very basic full renovation of each (i.e. laminate finish on benchtops, basic bath replacement) however everything will be replaced.
Both very small as it is a 2 bedroom flat.
