# bAyFLX Exhibition Match: Orange Crush vs Rainbow Power

Welcome to the Mar-A-Lago Oval, where Orange Crush and Rainbow Power are about to face off in a bAyFLX practice match. Both teams are looking to fine-tune their skills and strategies ahead of the upcoming season. The weather is sunny and warm, with a slight breeze blowing across the ground. The crowd is buzzing with excitement and anticipation, as the players run through their banners.

Orange Crush's banner reads: "We're here to make a splash, we'll crush you like a trash". Rainbow Power's banner reads: "We're the rainbow in the sky, we'll make you cry and die".
 
Before the match begins, the players and the crowd stand up for the national anthem. The anthem is played by a band of trumpets, drums, and guitars, and sung by a famous pop star. The anthem is a mix of Australian and American lyrics, reflecting the origins of bAyFLX. The anthem goes like this:

O say can you see, by the dawn's early light,
What so proudly we hailed at the twilight's last gleaming,
Whose broad stripes and bright stars through the perilous fight,
O'er the ramparts we watched, were so gallantly streaming?

And the rockets' red glare, the bombs bursting in air,

The anthem ends with a loud applause and cheers from the crowd. The players shake hands and wish each other good luck. The umpire tosses the coin, and Orange Crush wins the toss and chooses to kick to the left of the screen.

The players take their positions, and the umpire blows the whistle to start the match.

## First Quarter

  • The ball is bounced in the centre, and FootyIsTheWin (OC) wins the tap, but GrandUncleHorace (RP) roves the ball and kicks it forward.
  • Trouto (RP) marks the ball on the wing, and plays on quickly. He handballs to NSWCROW (RP), who runs through the centre and kicks a long ball to the goal square.
  • Zackah (RP) flies high for the mark, but Kilroy (OC) spoils him and the ball goes over the boundary line for a throw-in.
  • The ball is thrown in, and AristotlePickett (RP) grabs it from the ruck contest. He snaps a goal from a tight angle, but it hits the post for a behind. Rainbow Power 0.0.1.(1) - Orange Crush 0.0.0.(0)
  • Feraligatr (OC) kicks in from the behind, and finds WA ROO (OC) on the half-back flank. He marks and switches the play to the other side, where FireKrakouer (OC) takes the mark.
  • FireKrakouer (OC) kicks to the wing, where FootyIsTheWin (OC) marks and plays on. He kicks to the half-forward line, where TriggeringTiger (OC) marks and wheels around. He kicks a long ball to the goal square, where OrangeCrush (OC) takes a contested mark over STPer18 (RP).
  • OrangeCrush (OC) goes back and lines up for the goal. He kicks it straight through the middle for the first goal of the match. Rainbow Power 0.0.1.(1) - Orange Crush 0.1.0.(6)
  • The ball is bounced again, and FootyIsTheWin (OC) wins the tap again. He follows up his own ruck work and gathers the ball. He handballs to ElectronicRenaissance (OC), who runs through the centre and kicks a long ball to the forward 50.
  • TriggeringTiger (OC) leads out and marks the ball on the lead. He plays on and kicks a low ball to the top of the goal square, where OrangeCrush (OC) marks again over STPer18 (RP).
  • OrangeCrush (OC) decides to go for the supergoal, and kicks from outside the 40-metre arc. The ball sails through the air, but falls short and is punched through by Bourbons (RP) for a behind. Rainbow Power 0.0.1.(1) - Orange Crush 0.1.1.(7)
  • Mofra (RP) kicks in from the behind, and finds GrandUncleHorace (RP) on the half-back flank. He marks and kicks to the wing, where Trouto (RP) marks and plays on. He kicks to the half-forward line, where NSWCROW (RP) marks and wheels around. He kicks a long ball to the goal square, where Zackah (RP) takes a strong mark over Kilroy (OC).
  • Zackah (RP) goes back and lines up for the goal. He kicks it straight through the middle for Rainbow Power's first goal of the match. Rainbow Power 0.1.1.(7) - Orange Crush 0.1.1.(7)
 
  • The ball is bounced again, and FootyIsTheWin (OC) and AristotlePickett (RP) have a fierce ruck duel. The ball spills to the ground, and a pack of players forms around it. The umpire blows the whistle and calls for a ball-up.
  • The umpire throws the ball up, and FootyIsTheWin (OC) wins the tap again. He taps it to WA ROO (OC), who kicks it forward.
  • FireKrakouer (OC) runs onto the ball and gathers it. He dodges a tackle from Bourbons (RP) and kicks a long ball to the forward 50, where TriggeringTiger (OC) and Mofra (RP) are competing for the ball.
  • TriggeringTiger (OC) gets to the ball first and marks it on the lead. He plays on and kicks a low ball to the top of the goal square, where OrangeCrush (OC) is one out with STPer18 (RP) again.
  • OrangeCrush (OC) uses his strength and bodywork to outmuscle STPer18 (RP) and takes another mark. He goes back and lines up for his second goal of the match. He kicks it straight through the middle and celebrates with his teammates. Rainbow Power 0.1.1.(7) - Orange Crush 0.2.1.(13)
  • The siren sounds to end the first quarter. The players head to their benches, where their coaches give them feedback and instructions. The score at quarter time is: Rainbow Power 0.1.1.(7) - Orange Crush 0.2.1.(13)
 
## Second Quarter

  • The players return to the field, and swap ends. The umpire bounces the ball in the centre, and FootyIsTheWin (OC) and AristotlePickett (RP) resume their ruck battle. FootyIsTheWin (OC) wins the tap, but AristotlePickett (RP) roves the ball and kicks it forward.
  • NSWCROW (RP) marks the ball on the wing, and plays on quickly. He handballs to Trouto (RP), who runs inside 50 and kicks a long ball to the forward 50, where Zackah (RP) and Kilroy (OC) are going head to head.
  • Zackah (RP) gets in front of Kilroy (OC) and takes a mark on the lead. He plays on and kicks a long ball to the goal square, where STPer18 (RP) has snuck forward and marks the ball over Feraligatr (OC).
  • STPer18 (RP) goes back and lines up for the goal. He kicks it straight through the middle for Rainbow Power's first goal of the quarter. Rainbow Power 0.2.1.(13) - Orange Crush 0.2.1.(13)
  • The ball is bounced again, and FootyIsTheWin (OC) wins the tap again. He taps it to ElectronicRenaissance (OC), who kicks it forward.
  • TriggeringTiger (OC) runs onto the ball and gathers it. He dodges a tackle from GrandUncleHorace (RP) and kicks a long ball to the goal square, where OrangeCrush (OC) is one out with Mofra (RP).
  • OrangeCrush (OC) uses his strength and bodywork to outmuscle Mofra (RP) and takes another mark. He goes back and lines up for his third goal of the match. He kicks it straight through the middle and celebrates with his teammates. Rainbow Power 0.2.1.(13) - Orange Crush 0.3.1.(19)
 
  • The ball is bounced again, and FootyIsTheWin (OC) and AristotlePickett (RP) have another ruck contest. The ball spills to the ground, and a pack of players forms around it.   • FootyIsTheWin (OC) takes the free kick and kicks it forward. FireKrakouer (OC) marks the ball on the half-forward line, and plays on quickly. He handballs to WA ROO (OC), who runs inside 50 and kicks a long ball to the goal square, where TriggeringTiger (OC) and Mofra (RP) are wrestling for position.
  • TriggeringTiger (OC) manages to get in front of Mofra (RP) and takes a diving mark. He goes back and lines up for his second goal of the quarter. He kicks it straight through the middle and celebrates with his teammates. Rainbow Power 0.2.1.(13) - Orange Crush 0.4.1.(25)
  • The ball is bounced again, and FootyIsTheWin (OC) and AristotlePickett (RP) have yet another ruck contest. The ball spills to the ground, and a pack of players forms around it. The umpire blows the whistle and calls for a ball-up.
  • The umpire throws the ball up, and FootyIsTheWin (OC) wins the tap again. He taps it to ElectronicRenaissance (OC), who kicks it forward.
  • TriggeringTiger (OC) runs onto the ball and gathers it. He dodges a tackle from GrandUncleHorace (RP) and kicks a long ball to the goal square, where OrangeCrush (OC) is one out with STPer18 (RP) again.

## Third Quarter

  • The third quarter begins, and Rainbow Power are desperate to get back into the game. They come out with more aggression and intensity, and start to win some contested ball. They kick the first goal of the quarter, thanks to a clever snap by NSWCROW, who roves a pack mark by Zackah. Rainbow Power 0.3.1.(19) - Orange Crush 0.5.1.(31)
  • Orange Crush are not rattled by the early goal, and respond with a quick goal of their own. FootyIsTheWin wins the centre clearance, and kicks a long ball to the forward 50. TriggeringTiger outmarks Mofra, and plays on. He spots OrangeCrush in the goal square, and kicks a low pass to him. OrangeCrush marks and kicks his fifth goal of the match. Rainbow Power 0.3.1.(19) - Orange Crush 0.6.1.(37)
  • The game heats up, and both teams start to get physical. There are some hard tackles, bumps, and pushes, and the umpires are busy blowing their whistles.

The umpire intervenes, and gives a free kick to Bourbons, and a 50-metre penalty to Rainbow Power. Bourbons kicks the ball to the goal square, where STPer18 marks over Feraligatr. He kicks his second goal of the match, and gives Feraligatr a spray. Rainbow Power 0.4.1.(25) - Orange Crush 0.6.1.(37)
  • Orange Crush are not happy with the treatment of their teammate, and retaliate with some rough play of their own. WA ROO lays a crunching tackle on Trouto, and wins a free kick for holding the ball. He kicks the ball to the half-forward line, where TriggeringTiger marks and wheels around. He kicks a long ball to the goal square, where OrangeCrush takes a spectacular mark over STPer18. He kicks his sixth goal of the match, and taunts STPer18. ## Fourth Quarter

  • The final quarter begins, and both teams are determined to win the game. They throw everything they have at each other, and the game becomes a thriller. Rainbow Power kick the first goal of the quarter, thanks to a brilliant snap by Zackah, who roves a spilled mark by Kilroy. Rainbow Power 0.5.1.(31) - Orange Crush 0.7.1.(43)
  • Orange Crush reply with a goal of their own, thanks to a clever handball by FireKrakouer, who finds ElectronicRenaissance in space. He runs inside 50 and kicks a long goal, that bounces through. Rainbow Power 0.5.1.(31) - Orange Crush 0.8.1.(49)
  • Rainbow Power are not giving up, and kick the next two goals in a row, thanks to some brilliant teamwork and pressure. NSWCROW kicks a goal from a tight angle, after receiving a handball from Trouto, who wins a hard ball in the pocket. Then, STPer18 kicks a supergoal from outside the 40-metre arc, after marking a long kick by GrandUncleHorace. Rainbow Power 0.7.2.(44) - Orange Crush 0.8.1.(49)
  • Orange Crush are feeling the pressure, and start to make some mistakes. Kilroy turns the ball over with a poor kick, and Zackah intercepts it. He plays on and kicks his third goal of the match, putting Rainbow Power in front for the first time. Rainbow Power 0.8.2.(50) - Orange Crush 0.8.1.(49)
  • Orange Crush are stunned, and need to lift their game.
