I still find it funny that nothing about this has been posted onto the official Melbourne FC website. Not saying it's false, I just find it strange is all.

Yeah but why would they say anything before the season is over? Would just be a destabilising move, completely unnecessary.

We'll honestly have to wait for an official annoucement.

Most things in the media are just lies, rubbish and "gut feels" anyway

He isn't staying. There really isn't a place in our side for him anymore either. The guy can't adapt to the game style Neeld is looking for. Also he never seemed to get over not being in the leadership group (bit of a sook perhaps).

No grudges though and good luck to him.

I came to the decision a few days ago that I couldn't give a phark who is on our list next year, who's gone, who's traded, who's bought in etc.

If it's for the betterment of the club, and Neeld and Co. think it's what we need, then heck them all

I only want 100% committed players, no time for favourites / sentiments etc.

Based on years past - what the hell, nooooO!!!!

Based on this years production, no big loss.

He played 15 games this season (yes he was that hard to notice), was just terrible at Casey as well, really gets on my nerves when people say he wasn't given much opportunity.

Agreed, All the articles inferred he "fell out of favour" with Neeld

BS

Played 15 games, was injured for 3, that's ample opportunity

Screw him, he's the enemy now

And there's another hypocrite gone from this club. Good luck to him, and may he dominate the lower ranks of the comp, and more importantly go missing against the best, at another club.

The list clean out has begun. If they're not 100% committed and dedicated they're gone. Jurrah, Moloney...who's next?

On a personal note I'm quite pleased Moloney is gone. Always thought he had a massive ego and put himself first and foremost. He claimed to be a true club man, but his actions mostly told a different story. When the going got tough he never seemed to dig in deep. Maybe he didn't have the ability...I don't know. Anyway, don't really have any ill feelings towards him, just not the type of player that's going to lead this club into the future. Neeld and co might have thought the same.

Personally I think Beamer was the heart and soul of the club.

Or, to put that another way, one of the blokes responsible for the pea-hearted, collectively gutless team efforts we've seen over the last few years.

I'm glad that someone so entrenched in the 'old' Melbourne, however much he loved it, is gone. I'll take leadership from Grimes over Moloney every day of the week.

looks like a right decision was made when he was dropped from the leadership group because leaders don't walk out.

I have a feeling Rivers may be next, hope i'm wrong.
