Interesting to hear Welsh say that Essendon barely focus on the opposition during prep for the game, then Simpson come on and he answers a question about "what the hell happened" being (something like) "We had a good lead up, thought we knew what they were going to do and had a plan to stop them.....but, yeah"

I love Essendon. All that love finds its perfect inverse in my hate for Carlton.

And I don't think Sam Lane is as bad as most people make out. She and Maher are the 'straight' ones next to all the jokers, and she does that in a much less annoying way than Maher. She asks questions I'm interested in hearing the answers to, not always puff-questions that everyone knows the answers to (like Maher). Sure there are better speakers, but if you don't look for her flaws she finds her place on that panel. I dunno if she could do something like Footy Classified, etc

Listening to Hughes tallk about walking the streets at 0100 am, lost and in turmoil, just wanting to talk to someone. Then the look of Hughes face when Welsh was talking, he was in pain. Priceless. I bet lifeline would have been flooded with Scum supporters looking for reason!

Woosha was great last night. Was the best part of the show. He's a great bloke. Loved the story about the poodle and tbhe rug.

If any of you have Bomber TV, watch Inside 50 with Andrew Welsh. Always a great laugh.

- Kade Simpson: We have shown that we are able to step up and perform in the big games this season against St.Kilda and Hawthorn

Woosha didn't say too much. Sam Lane was too busy 'chatting' to him. He did say a quick 'Cheers mate' to me as he walked past but that was about it.

They are hilarious off set. Lehmo, Hughes and Mick go off tap the minute the cameras go off. This was the funniest exchange.

Mick: My name is Mick and I AM NOT that ****en w***er from Master Chef with the *****en cravat. Stupid ****er he is.

Hughesy: I ****en hate that guy. He puts me off my ****en food. If I ****en saw him, I would put a ****en fork in his ****en head!

Absolute gold.
