Havn't seen his name pop up around here? Any thoughts or insights on him? Seems to me like he could be a decent replacement for Higgins.

picked him up last week for tuck the dud, hoping he goes alright

Job security is a concern. Hawks have an influx of senior players to return over the coming weeks, and I wouldn't be surprised if he made way for someone. Also his ball use, though good the last few weeks, has historically been not that flash.

He is a good tough footballer who i have always enjoyed watching but doesn't seem to be in the hawks top 22.Probably not even their top 26 which is the worry.

Picked him up at his opening price of $228k which I thought was a bargain for someone that showed a bit in 2007. Not sure what happened to his 2008 but was rarely sighted. IMO he is way underated as a SC player at that price and the perfect cash cow. Thus far (After one ranking game) he's gone up $56k and his BE is -9. Averaging 89 for the season (3 games). He could yet be one of the pick ups of the year and at the very least, a more than handy bench player (I took him as a fwd option)!!!

You've missed his biggest price rise, he plays as a tagger and most Hawthorn supporters barely rate him in the best twenty-two. I wouldn't go near him.

Definitely in the best 26. Competing for a spot in the 22 with Whitecross, Stokes, Moss, Tuck and now Muston although I doubt Muston has the fitness base to maintain a challenge. Probably level-pegging with Whitecross and Moss for a spot long-term as I think he's ahead of the rest. Has been known to butcher the ball, but has pace and stamina, which we need. I wouldn't pick him but you could do worse.

Osborne is the same price, will outscore him from here on, and is cemented in the 22. Better value pick IMO.

Moss is out with a knee injury and Stokes has done a Hamstring... looking at least a few weeks there so chances are, McGlynn will stay for at least few weeks more. Even if he only gets one maybe two more matches I'll still make a tidy $150k on him (Averaging 85).
