I was at trainng today and I was talking to Dennis and he recons a player by the name of Bernie Brysha will be in navy blue in 2005. He's a big lad and neds to drop a few kilos, but he might slot into the forward line very well next year. Looking forward to watching Bernie throw his weight around the field.

What are your thought. Also Gareth Davidson appointed the new IT manager at the blues

He's an odd bod that gareth davidson i cant tell you that now.

Is this along the lines of that junior coach who was supposedly going to be plucked from obscurity to be a Carlton assistant coach? Apologies if true but coaches play their cards pretty close to their chest if they want a player and certainly don't reveal their picks in the few days before the National Draft.

I am very good former school mates with Dennis' son Ryan. Was with Ryan at Carlton training and Dennis let Ryan in on the prospect of drafting big man bernie brysha. No bull this is fair dikum will be used with carltons 4th round pick

If the above is true and you have Carlton's best interests at heart, you would have been well advised to have kept Ryan's confidence by not revealing your inside information until after the draft.

I am certain father and son Pagan wouldn't like this "heads up" on a potential 4th round draftee splashed over the most read Aussie Rules forum on the internet for everyone to read, especially if another club beats Carlton to the punch and drafts Big Bernie!!!

But we already traded our 4th round pick to West Coast for Callum Chambers.

Good point. More holes than swiss cheese in this story.

Fev you still havnt answered where training was etc. Should have been pretty easy if you were there. :D

I have seen Bernie play for the amateurs for Parkside. He's not bad but a bit of a roughie. He's a full forward and rivals big lance on the weight side of things. Apparently the Kangaroos looked at him last year but decided not to put him on their rookie list.

This bloke sounds like an absolute gun. Why don't we us our pick 9 to secure him before every other club finds out about him. Anyone playing full-foward for Parkside in the amateurs and is overwieght and rough is exactly what we need. Not to mention he rivals big Lance.

Id say he more than rivals lance in the weight category.

I heard he's being looked at for the rookie draft, so this might not be the last you hear of big bad bustling bernie brysha.

Well it would be well worth it just so I can call him Killer B's. Look out Barry Hall, there is someone coming to town with more B's than you. Be afraid, be very afraid.

They recon he might get a game at old yarrambat under Gary Milaky or Gary Sidebottom. What are your thoughts. I personally recon Sidearse was a great player in his day. Really knew how to take a terd. A lot like Big Bad Bernie brysha. Bernie knows how to get the footy and make no mistake, he'll at very least be on the blues' rookie list in 2005 along with Gary Sidebottom's son Trevor.

The Sarsoff twins are also nominating for the rookie draft.
