Best Cold Chisel song

I recently bought the "Chisel" album. Thank god for it. Recently went to China for a week and if it wasnt for chisel on the ipod i wouldve died!

Of course all of their songs are good, but for me....

1. When the war is over
2. Khe Sahn
3. Flame trees
4. Choirgirl
5. Saturday night


And do you really have to be a bogan to love chisel?

chisel are a great aussie band but not as great as ac/dc

"Forever now" is one of my favourites. There are too many great tracks to choose from though.(same with AC/DC btw)

The version of When The War is Over on the Ringside DVD/CD that was released a couple of years ago is a real knockout. I have thought that it is my favourite song and this version makes the song even better.....11/10 if that's possible

Not only their best IMO but one of my very fave songs. I can remember when I first heard it on RRR, loved it straightaway. Great blues number, love the lyrics, vocals, arrangement, instrumental - did I miss anything?

Then Saturday Night and just about everything off the debut album except Khe Sahn has been thrashed to death. The You're 13 EP v. good too.

you clown. it's not the song's fault that it has been played to death.

it is a brilliant song which has copped an absolute thrashing, and no doubt you are sick of hearing it. now thats a more likely scenario than saying it's one of the worst songs of all time.
