I'm looking to get internode naked into my home at the moment, price is very similar to everywhere else (150GB) for $60 per month (I'm not a huge with downloads/uploads)
The major reason I'm going to them is so I don't have a sign a contract, it's month by month (setup fee is ~$120 but big deal..) and I'm able to sh1t-can it whenever I want as I might be moving in the not too distant future or may find a better option soon etc...

Everywhere else has only 12month and 24month contract (dodo only has 24month!) with the exception of TPG which has a 6month contract (setup fee of ~$150). Correct me if I'm wrong of course!

But that's the reason I'm going with Internode, no contract at the same price!

I know with iinet you can change your contract from house to house. Also you can upgrade or downgrade your plan whenever you want. Also as gigabytes get cheaper, and new plans come out with more bandwith your current plan changes to the new equal plan in dollars worth, which gives you more bandwith ie your not stuck on your initial contract.

last 2 nights been having killer ping with tpg . above 120. its been ridiculous. if it happens again might jump on whirlpool and see what the tpg reps are saying.
That is riddiculous. I'm more around 20 consistently, and about 40 at a bad time.

Had drop outs and car crash pings in my new address (never had any issues at 3 other addresses), but it turns out it had to do with the lines out the front of the house having been stuffed up somehow or other by an adjacent building site. Once a Telstra tech had a look, it was fixed immediately.
