Geelong selectors Bigcat and Falconer

Cats picked up Raph Clarke, Jay Nash, and Brad Symes. We used a pick on Jordon but in real life we will pass on that pick. All midfielders but they were simply the best available

We took Clarke today coz we got thrown a bit by Ess and the WB's selections but I've become increasingly confident that Keplar Bradley will become a Cat on Saturday. Thus we will have our tall.

At 22 Jay Nash is exactly what we need. A quick, onballer who has absolutely sensational skills. I reckon its out of him and Dyson on Saturday. If Ricky gets past 13 (Ess) I reckon he'll make it to 22. If not Nash is more than adequate. We need one of these two.

Brad Symes was a bargain and too good to pass over. The H/S had him as a top 20 pick. Arguably the 2nd best midfielder in SA. Would be over the moon with him at 42.

I think Bradley would be a dog, besides i think i'd rather Clarke.

BTW i'd like to take Luke Herrington with our 3rd Round pick.

eope that we can get Nash and Symes as well as KEPLER BRADLEY, I think Kepler could take up CHB in the Future,put Tom Harley on the Flank and we will have a great backline then.We are getting a top 10 big guy in Mark Blake so with those onballers and there pace thats what we need.

With due respect to Kepler Bradleys ability i don't see the sense in takeing a 198 cm player at number 7 when we already have 198cm Mark Blake.I think if Geelong pick up Raphael Clarke that in 2 years time when Raphael and Xaviars contracts are up it could X that is ####ing off to Geelong . We will have far more salery cap room by then surely . Think Hamill and Gehrig being payed over the odds , Riewoldt , Godard and Ball are going to demand higher payments.

Not to mention the obvious fact that Xaviar will be wanting to join the team that will be going for the second part of a back-to-back
