Just watched a fair chunk of it on Fox now. Good movie. Depp is menacing in it, one of the most intimidating, psychotic characters ever portrayed I reckon. De Niro in Cape Fear did a great job also since I'm on the topic of crazy ass villains. Must say I think Edgerton also played a brilliant role and in other movies like Warrior and The Gift put on an absolute clinic. Very underrated actor and he's nailed some corkers also. Back on Depp, he's all class. Boasts a cv with the best of them. A couple of other actors in it also performed admirably well, and based on that movie have won my admiration.

Good watch, brutal, and some chilling shit. A classic imo.
