QPR is pretty much the same you will find. Tony Fernandes has last call on any transfers as he is the owner (Bhatia does financial stuff) leading the football dept. He overrode Neil Warnock who wanted to purchase Yakubu and wanted Neil Taylor from Swansea instead of Armand Traore. Ever since then Fernandes has linked up with Kia Joorchabins agency company to be lead scouts. Mark Hughes is signed to it, Chris Samba is signed to it as is Alex. QPR have bid for both players and signed Mark Hughes literally the second Warnock walked out the door. Kia Joorchabin has also promised to bring in a few loan signings if possible over the next few years for the club.

Pretty much everyone can do what they want nowadays. May aswell start strapping cocaine bags to players when you bring them in for a medical. F.A wont notice or care

It's just a de facto 3rd party ownership.

Kia doing to QPR, what he wanted to do to City.

Pretty much this. All new signings are also expected to sign for Kia's agency apparantly. Pretty much in the future to be a QPR player Kia has to be your "advisor"

Lets not forget in Tony Fernandes takeover of West Ham he refused to provide evidence of who the third party owner was bankrolling the deal. He stalled and before he provided evidence we were sold to the Daves. Banks seemed to think he wasnt providing them with enough information to do a deal
