Does anyone else feel kinda sory for Justin Blumfield? Listening to him on SEN last night, he was obviously shattered. To think that he was at the pinnacle in 2000 and 4-5 years later he is sunk.

Be interesting what he will do. Whether he tries with the VFL, or chases cash in a suburban league?

Your guess is as good as mine on that one.

Perception is that in his time at Coburg, he wasn't overly appreciated by them, so you could rule them out.

Hopefully he goes to Bendigo and plays well with them. Looks liek his career is over, but a full season with no injuries may turn some heads. He hasn't lost his ability.

yeh i feel sorry 4 him, i mean he probably woulda been as asset to sum club, even if it wasnt ours, its sad he wanst picked up by any1!
