Anyone enjoy his music? I personally love it. I have been listening to all his songs for many years now and they seem to be just as good everytime you hear them. Don't really hear many good reggae singers these days but Bob Marley is in a league of his own IMO...

If you are a fan of his, what is your favourite song? Mine would be "Could you be Loved" or "Everything's gonna be alright" :D

Natty Dread and Exodus are two albums that sit near the top of my all time fav's, both are in that unique catagory of album that seem to maintain their relavence and will never seem dated.

Saw Third World a few weeks ago - heaps of dub as well as greatest hits. 96 in the shade etc. Got the Marley live in London 75 DVD. Great value. Can't go past Get up Stand up / War / no more trouble / exodus for powerful songs. Saw Sly and Robbie with Michael Rose ( basically Black Uhuru ) - super hot. Nothing better than massive pounding reggae, with a layer of dub. Big fan of Lee Perry.

Could You Be Loved and Concrete Jungle are my too fave Bob songs.

The thing is no one can do a Marley cover justice, the closest would be Stevie Wonder who is just incredible! Could You Be Loved, Is This Love, Redemption Songs would be among my fave Marley. He is up there with The Beatles and Dylan in terms of long lasting influence and relevance to many people, very influential and his music ages very well as do his messages. Many teenagers, especially the weed smoking variety worship him.

Gets better as time goes on.

Sun is Shining is tuff gongs best song. Absolute classic, although in saying that it does change on a month to month basis. No doubting the fact that he's one of the Top 10, if not Top 5 artists/bands of the 20th century, if it wasn't reggae he would be compared to the Beatles. Just wasn't mainstream enough.
