I'll keep it brief.

I think, that if Bomber wants to continue coaching next year and Hirdy somehow comes back as coach as EFC, we should go after him. We know he can coach. We know what he is capable of. I saw a post that compared Dimma to Mark Harvey. Harvey had the list, but couldn't take them the next step that they need to take. So, Freo went after Lyon and it looks like it is paying off handsomely. Dimma has done enormous things for this club, but I honestly think he has done all that he can.

Would rather we just elevate Chocco and drop Dimma back to assistant coach. Bomber is a gun, but I doubt his heart would be in it for the long haul here and it's unlikely he will move to any club now as he always wanted to go back to essendrugs in any capacity once his time at Geelong was up.

After reading a number of forums on this site in the last 24 hours I think everyone needs to just get a grip and remember it is only 1 game. I have read numerous threads indicating Dimma is not up for it after last nights loss. I did not hear that being mentioned once over pre season. Nothing has changed except ONE 18 point loss.

Well a Ruckman who's name sounds like royalty apparently broke his hand across the face of an Ex AA Richmond Player who went on to win 3 flags at the Cats for the very same reason. Let's put it this way 2007 for Geelong had a lot to do with off field party issues no longer being accepted as the norm down the Geelong Highway.

I would perfer to be circumsized with two blunt rocks then have bomber as coach. Fair dinkum and I am not having a go at you OP but its round one, we pulled out a shit one but lets see how we go till at least mid year before we start coach hunting
