I've been missing from here of late, but if you head over to http://bomberblitz.com you'll see why!

This is the website I was muttering on about creating for the last couple of months and about 16 hours ago it was born!

Sure things will be a little quiet for a while considering we are starting from scratch, but it should grow in time.

The website is on the verge of gaining full AFL media accreditation allowing us next year to post after-match audio from press conferences and interviews with players and coaches, plus fingers crossed live web chats with players.

The main EFC site has dropped the ball aiming stuff at the fans and we've picked up the ball and running hard with it.

And oh we've got a 'BomberTalk' messageboard which won't crash, won't die or implode.

You may see some familiar names writing some pieces too in coming months! A Mr. Wayne Otway maybe?

Give it a look and tell me what you think.

I am of the opinion that the Essendon Football Club is underexposed and has been for at least 12 months. Someone should tell someone at the Herald Sun about it.

Just the other day, I was saying to my Richmond supporter mates: "You know, what the world needs is another Essendon website!" They all nodded in agreement.

I hope there are lots of pictures of James Hird on it because there just aren't enough photos of James Hird going around!

on how things are going seeing the site hasn't come up through any search engines yet. If people hate it they won't come back.
 
Were have just launched a quiz (with a prize at the end) over at BomberBlitz.com, so maybe some of you may like to test your Bomber knowledge against my devious questions.

When this post was made, I was 16 and having one of the best summers of my life with my mates, swimming in the local river at Wangaratta on hot days, going to backyard house parties at night and watching the cricket/playing Mario Kart 64 in the downtime.

Good times.
