Word is the tigers are going to try an unorthodox method of offloading brad ottens. They are going to raffle him. any club interested pays to enter the l-otto. entry fee is a pick under 20 or a player under 24 (subject to greg millers approval of that player). the draw will be held on the 1st day of trading and the successful club gets brad's services. the tigers will then raffle off the 10 - 15 players they dont want that have been replaced by those picks or players who have been picked up from other clubs in the l-otto, and give them to the unsuccessful clubs.

i wonder if that would work?
