Seen on the news today, that pagan has invited bradley to take a coaching session today. Think this is a great idea, i remember a few 3 qtr inspiring words that bradles gave during his captaincy, lead to some very inspirational performances.

I have but one question\. It's all well and good to try different things when things aren't going to plan, but when you, who's job it is to inspire your players needs to ask someone else to do your job for you, does that not mean that you are not the right man for the job??

I know the standard response i will get from the majority of posters on the board, but thought i'd just share this with you all.

He's ran training for one night. He gave the boys a pep talk and showed Denis a few things that he knows from his days at Optus, the boys respond to.

Who knows the club better? Braddles or Pagan? The answer is simple - Braddles. It'd be great to see him coach the midfield and hopefully this can happen down the track (a year or two?).

But Pagan is just checking out his methods and trying to improve, just like he is trying to improve the club and its list. Naturally when you're down in this position for the second year in a row you do question yourself. Hopefully not too much because he has been doing the right things.
