I ran into Rene Kink in a cafe in Gln Iris this morning. He looks well.

By 2018 he hopefully wont be a "surprise packet"' because he will have done enough in 2017 to announce he is coming!!

(but yep youre right 2018 should be his year. As I may have said earlier in this thread 2017 will be basically his first year at Colllingwood and we should write off last year as work experience)

Yep he was. He hasn't done that for a long time now though.

I'm not confident, it's one thing to be a bull at junior level, but if ya ain't got the tank you'll never make it at senior level, as for AFL tanks, you either have one or you don't, you cant just decide to train hard to gain one, if you haven't got the tank to play VFL at 18 you're not going to play AFL at 19.

From what I've seen his disposal is crap by foot, he is slow and can't get his hands on the ball therfore can't read the play. Not a great combination.

I'm not convinced he was a bull at junior level. Spent most of the year playing against school kids, half of whom don't even take it seriously.

Yep he was. (Kinky) hasn't done that for a long time now though.

Kinky did a great Open Mike this year.

He spoke of being in pool construction. Google says he works for Albatross Pools as a regional manager.
