I just saw on the news Kim Beazley and Peter Costello busily campaigning on behalf of their respective parties for the Ashton by-election in Melbourne.
A funny incident occurred involving Kim Beazley. Kim was at a petrol station as part of an announcement concerning petrol prices. He was holding a press conference with reporters from the media when all of a sudden a breadstick dipped in hommus hovered towards Kim's head with there being another guy holding a chicken drumstick as a microphone.

I just saw the footage........absolutely brilliant!! Kym's waffling on about how good his campaign's going and looking all smug when in the bottom right-hand corner, the drumstick appears. Kym spots it very late and is suitably shocked and probably slathering after it.

Funny funny stuff. Santos gives it the full four trumpet salute!!
