You shouldn't overload the Creatine! You'll just p*ss it down the sewers like excess vitamins and it's bloody expensive.

If you're going to double up on anything there, double up on the protien!

It all depends on what type of phase you are in. If you are trying to add bulk, you complement your diet with creatine (loading phase).

The side effects of creatine are still relatively unknown. Some say it affects your kidneys but it has not been tested yet.

Protein is an interesting one. It gets you cut but some say you eat enough protein in foods like fish or steak. Hence you don't need the supplements.

Dinner for me, but I agree with Figjam here: Aussies and Yanks eat there meals the wrong way round. No wonder we are 1st and 3rd in world levels of obesity - we are rarely active after dinner so we don't work off our meals. I noticed a lot less fat people in continental Europe (where lunch is the main meal of the day) then I see in Australia.

True. As well as being expensive. Real side effects of creatine are yet to be determined.

But, with the protien, excess protien is broken down by the kidneys, straining them, so later in life you may end up with kidney problems. Also, excess protein is turned into fat anyway, but if you're going for bulk fat dosen't matter most.
