With only crappy draft picks this season - our first at #36 - whats become of the highly-touted youngster we picked up at #12 in what was supposed to be a very strong draft last year?

Reilly played one game in 2002, but if I'm not mistaken he spent the majority of it warming the bench. I read he had a broken collarbone in 2001, did that affect him this year? Or was he simply too raw to break into a hold a spot in a strong side like Adelaide?

Is he likely to step up in 2003 and fill the midfield void left by Johnson? Or is it still too early in his development and am I being impatient? Just curious, as it would be nice if we actually got something from a high draft pick this time, rather than wasted duds like Gilligan and Angwin.

He looked all at sea in the one game he played & will have to do a bit of work in the gym, still the one kick that i can remember was a 50m pass with his left foot which hit the target,
