It's funny that you ask that. Recently I was checking out the critical situation in Canada with regard to lawn bowl participation - a country which is evidently the exception to the game's growth worldwide. Infact, by all reports, Drake's Bowls offers a free set of new bowls to eight clubs in Canada every year, to the clubs with the highest gain in membership in one year. Now, the challenge has been set, the incentives are in place.

Used to play Carpet Bowls as a lad, i was a champion at that, but could never get used to the biased in the real game.
Nice reply Bresh, bout what i was after.........now i'm going to ask ya about fishing. And i mean real fishing, where boats and baits are involved.
