What is Broforce?
Broforce is literally The Expendables: The Game. Developed by Free Lives Games, this title currently in beta is what would happen if Contra got drunk and decided to destroy everything in its path along with the enemies. Nearly everything in the game is destructible and there are plenty of different bros in which you can use to slaughter the enemy.
What characters are in?
The original ten bros.
Top row are Rambro, Brommando, BA Broracus, Brodell Walker, Bro Hard.
Bottom row are Brode, Bro in Black, Brogyver, Bro Dredd & Snake Broskin.
Additionally, the following characters have been added. Robrocop, Brominator, Ashley Brolliams & Mr. Anderbro. A He-Man character is also going to be added in an upcoming update which was revealed in a very NSFW video on their youtube page.
What multiplayer modes are there?
There are currently only offline multiplayer modes as online multiplayer hasn't been implemented yet. However there are the following
Bro-op - Literally what it says in the title. Up to four players work together to play through story mode or custom levels.
BROTALITOMETER!- This new mode adds in a meter under each player which keeps tracks of how much death and destruction they cause.
Deathmatch- Four players try to kill each other while the map falls apart.
Explosion Run- Run from the wall of explosions that is destroying everything. First person to the helicopter wins.
Is there a demo?
Yes there is and it's called the Brototype. It is lacking most of the multiplayer modes and online level sharing. However up to four players can play through the current story mode which is about 14 levels long with three bosses.
