Wasn't Br***'s position under threat before the BL game earlier in the year?

He's named in the emergencies so he knows that his position in the team is not secure. This has 'late change' written all over it.

Poor Sansbury. The world isn't fair.

I think it's gunna be hale who goes out. The boys luck is no good. Every time we've played up in queensland, he has done his hami.

I'm only hinting this and it's only a guess.

Yep can't help but think Brown will play. We need the talls against Brisbane.

I don't agree, the Lions are a team where we can afford to go done on the tall set up we have had in previous weeks and our mix looks good.

Spud on Brown
Watt on Brennan
Pratt on Hooper or Mcgrath

And Jesse, Arch and the 6th back cover the rest of Brisbanes part time (and largely non threatening) forwards.

The only one would could stretch us is 4 gamer Leunberger, and Jesse would do a better job on him than Brown, or you could swap Jesse to Brennan and throw Watt in there.

At best Brown is a bench rotated back up ruck, but now Edrwads is in the team I see no problem with relying on Drew as a last resort back up.

The run of an extra midfield in our raotation is a much better gamble than having Brown in their in case Wayde Mills moves forward and kicks the first goal of his career.

I don't think Brown will come in. i could think of a few tinkering moves, but the mix of smalls and talls is right for Brisbane.

Wells, Whyman, and Sansbury all in at the same time!

Looking forward to that!
Lets hope that Sansbury can continue with his form of the past couple of weeks.

Not mine. I don't want Brown dropped.

OK I'll bite.

So let's get this straight. You have paraded mercilessly your snide 'big blokes take time' line about a (then) 50-game 21-year-old ruckman since midway through last year but you are happy with the performances of a 150-game 25 year-old high draft selection on the premise that he can kick good distances with both feet?

You take the piss surely.
