Can't believe Dane Swan is as high as he is. I hope he doesn't win the brownlow, there has been much much better players than him this year and i wouldn't have even imagined Dane would ever be good enough to win a brownlow.

Peverill did well getting 7 votes. Hird finished with 8 With the clubs leading vote getter Scott Lucas with 11.
I think Hird finished on 9. IIRC, he and Lucas were on 8 going into R22... Hird got 1 and Lucas got 3 for his final quarter heroics.
How the hell he didn't get votes in the 2nd game vs the blues has me stuffed. 8 contested marks!

yeah i agree, he WON the game for us in that round 11 game.
without him you could have seriously expected a 100-point loss.
they were 5 goals up at quarter time, and if he didnt quickly change the game around, the dons would have dropped there heads and there ya go.
3 votes for hird there shoulda been.
round 22: 31 disposals, 1.0 goal, 1 vote. him and lucas would have both been close for b.o.g but i think its a good decision that scotty got 3.
but 1 vote again, i think that shoulda at least been a 2.

Who got the 2 in that game?? If it was Hunter, then he deserved it. I dont remember any other WCE player having an outstanding game.

thats right, although i dont remember the 3 goals. I certainly remember the 30 touches though.
