... with Peel Thunder against West Perth - interesting time to pull such a move when flooding is being debated so intensely at present. A friend commented that it probably cost him at least another couple of years away from Geelong - that's if he ever gets back...

Yep, valid point... hope not, though! Although, maybe it'd be good if he did - given that Peel Thunder did it because they had been absolutely crunched, well, that would mean we were in a pretty superb position... bring it on, Sheeds.

I don't know... I'm told he has big tickets on himself in the coaching department - not that he's a bad coach, but believes he should be further along the path than he is. That wouldn't go down well at Geelong.

Somebody saw it on WLF tonight and he said it was because his players weren't responding to their gameplan/instructions so the coaches ordered them to do it for 10 min to see if they stuck to it.
