I dont how long i can afford to play Mitch Brown though.

Skippy will probably be back by the time I decide to get Franklin lol

He's definitely not 100%. However, the biggest problem is the lack of good fast delivery. For various reasons the Hawks aren't moving the ball quickly or well, so the forward line is a lot messier when it gets down there. If the Hawks start to play better he will improve. (I hope)

Traded Richo for Buddy last week, knowing that Richo was wearing down after a great start and Buddy was winding up after a slow one. Although not brilliant vCarlton, I'm not despondent. He looked fully fit to me, just a bit out of touch. The blues backline is underrated. Playing the bombers is the best tonic I can think of for a forward out of touch - especially with Paddy and Fletch absent from the back line.

Erm..

As has been repeatedly said, waiting a few or two will definately not hurt your chances... unless you're copping a zero or playing a spud like Walker.
Both for me. Got the Richoman and Wwalker as an emergency who fills in for Skipworth who i decided to keep as I'm trying to save trades this season.

I know some blokes here can calculate exactly what scores a player needs to increase/decrease in price so do people know whether he is likely to drop again this week?

FWIW, Buddy will come good - and yes I have him in my SC team. He has scored OK despite not having a huge influence in games, so when he does get his touch and confidence, those who have him will be on a helluva of a ride..... up the overall rankings!

At his price now, you'd be mad not to jump on. He'll kick 5 and post100+ against Essendon this week. Bookmark it :D

Geez your keen to have buddy put on a show against your mob!

Has your SC team taken away from your beloved Bombers?

Shame Shame Shame.:D

Haha im a realist and accepted that teams and players will score well against us. Id say that Rough bagging 8 last week didn't hurt Buddy's chances of kicking a bag against us. I think he likes being the big man at Hawthorn and theres no way he's gonna let his number 2 outshine him again.

Haha yeah fair enough, i was only kidding anyway. Ive come to accept that sides with tall forwards are generally going to tear us a new one so i completely understand your situation!

God i hope Hill plays a blinder against Carlton Saturday night.....:D

Taking into account the OP - I think its only a matter of time before Buddy let's loose but the longer Roughead stands in his place the better IMO.

Interesting how Essendon named Bellchambers. This clearly means that they will drop Ryder back to play on Franklin.

Not so simple. He may or he may not. He's never actually played that well against him, but without Fletcher there he may go back to defense simply to add experience.
Personally, I think if Franklin is on, we don't have anyone to stop him. Hence we'll use Ryder in the ruck to be proactive and try and win more of the ball as opposed to conceding him to a defensive role.

What it will probably mean actually is that Ryder now has a back up and Hooker will move back to defence to help out.

I've jumped on Buddy this week. He loves us. Hope he is goalless.
