Wow, I thought this was one of the model community NBL clubs, in contrast to the financially illiterate big city teams.

Apparently their owners have stakes in the car industry and have taken huge losses recently and can no longer sustain the club

bring on the new A-league style revamped competition i'd say

always said the nbl should fold, stay away for a year (or more if need be). let the players go to europe or the states, they'll improve themselves 10x more than playing here.

the nbl is a joke.
