I read in the supercoach about the Forwards that are also
midfielders and something about substituting between them.

Something like Patrick Dangerfield is a forward/mid..

I dont quite understand the substitutions, does this mean
that if Dangerfield is on my bench as a midfielder, but I have
a forward out - I can use him?
Or does the forward I have out also have to be a mid/forward?

I hope someone knows what Im talking about, If so can you plz
explain how I can use this to my advantage even more so?

Unless you have picked MPP players before rnd 1 you may have missed the boat. The most common combo is Tippett playing in fwd line and Lobbe(PA) as your 4th ruck. Most ppl have cheap rucks in the reserve spots. Say your no 1 ruck is injured for 3 weeks. Unless your no 3 ruckman can rack up 120 pts a week, to save a trade you substitute Tippett for lobbe so tippett becomes yr fourth ruck and lobbe a fwd . You play tippet and bench your injured ruck. You bench Lobbe and play a fwd res. Tippett hopefully gives you 80 points a week but you have saved a trade
Thats the theory.

I have used the MPP in a mid /fwd sit , not because of injury but to bench a fwd and play a mid reserve
